WOW! I was looking for something to motivate me and I've definitely found it. I've had personal one-on-one training, joined all the gyms, classes, bought all the "gadgets" offered on TV... Without a doubt Virginia Beach Boot Camp is hands down the best!! Adam is positive, well prepared, organized and motivates all of us to reach and surpass our goals. My biggest challenge is cardio and to tell you I leave boot camp dripping is no exaggeration! I've nearly completed my third week (tomorrow) going 5 times a week. I have always been self motivated; however, as we added more kids to our family and therefore more demands were placed on me; plus the added setback of a knee injury that finally required surgery,  I fell into some bad habits complicated with more health issues.  I started to feel that I was fighting a loosing battle.  That I should just accept things as they were.  Boot Camp got me out of the slump.  I had an opportunity, under supervision, to test my limits and regain the self esteem and pride I have lost along the way.  I may not be who I was when I was twenty something, but I can be a pretty awesome forty something.  Adam is super inspirational and a great cheerleader.  Nothing but good vibes, from everyone,  even in the wee hours of the morning!  Forever grateful!  Well worth it!  I will do it again!

This is the BEST workout I have ever had!  The best thing about it - is that there all all ages and all body types with all different fitness levels.  I have been struggling to lose baby weight for 2 years now  - and I am 46 - and some of the girls are in their 20's but there are plenty of women in their 30's and 40's too - and some have no weight to lose while many have 20 and 30  and even over 50 pounds to lose.  Its a workout that allows you to do what you can at your own pace - and its fun - because every workout is different and the time flies by.  The coach has a terrific motivation style - a real knack with women - his demeanor is not hardcore as the term "boot camp" may imply - instead he is very supportive, encouraging and has a lot of energy and enthusiasm !

Virginia beach Boot camp is a great place to get and keep you motivated. I joined on a 2 day a week basis. I found myself going more than that and once the session was over when I returned to my gym I was still pumped and my endurance had grown.
